Down sides is that they want you to invest in Bluetooth connectors to link your phone to your pc. Um, I'm not sure what you mean? Bluetooth is optional- you can sync with your PC with the (included) USB cable. No normal headphone jack. Just a miniUSB port. And they don't sell headphones that will work with it.

Though I am at a loss as to how to get bluetooth Sync to work with my nokia phone. comms/gammu besides AT-commands it runs Nokia protocols, so you can do almost anything with your phone.
